Requires: key <uuid> of agent to get IP address for.
Returns: string representing the IP address returned.
Threat Level: High
Exceptions thrown:
System.Exception: OSSL Runtime Error: osGetAgentIP permission denied. Allowed threat level is VeryLow but function threat level is High.
