Adam/Ryan,

See, this is what I like to see!!

Adam, any takers? I know you helped with the ModRex work. It sure would be
nice to see ModRex modified to work with the Rei Viewer.

Also, it sure would be nice to bring some of those 3Di features back into
OpenSim as well (either as an upgraded ModRex module, or maybe a separate
Mod3Di module?)

The various groups are all working on great things, but we really need to
start bringing some of these technologies back together.

It really would be nice to see ModRex working with Rei Viewer. Also
wrapping in 3Di's specs and getting everything integrated together sure
would be great for standardization!

I think it would be great for the OpenSim Community as a whole.

RealXtend has done some excellent work, and it's nice to see ModRex but 3Di
has done some great work as well, and it really would be nice to see all
this work integrated back together. I believe it would be GREAT for
OpenSim, RealXtend, and even 3Di (and the whole OpenSim community) as a
whole.

then if we can get someone to adjust the full viewer,*
*> we’d have somewhat of a standard on our hands.*
It sure would be nice to see everything wrapped up into one, so that "Rei"
works with ModRex, and all the 3Di features and ModRex were combined.

Adam, could you possibly write up a proposal (with the number of man hours)
that it would require, for the "standardization"?

I really think it would be great for the OpenSim (and OpenSource) Community
as a whole.

               Mark
