[11:06 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: Summer is being slow as usual or rather as it was years ago before that year... so not much going on this week
[11:07 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: Does the new connection pass through Cloudflare by any chance?
[11:07 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: XD
[11:08 AM PT] Lyr Lobo: Hello *smiles*
[11:08 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: Gavin, I don't know. I don't know Cloudflare.
[11:08 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: Somebody get Ubit a vpn :)
[11:08 AM PT] Ubit Umarov:
    Please enable cookies.

        Sorry, you have been blocked
You are unable to access firestormviewer.org

[11:09 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: Nice to see you back again, Gavin.
[11:09 AM PT] Ubit Umarov: apparently the stupid cloudflare wants cookies enable..
[11:09 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: Cloudflare is a big proxy / filter / ... that may ISPs route theri traffic through
[11:09 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: it is becoming a bottleneck
[11:09 AM PT] Ubit Umarov: but does even tell that on visible page
[11:09 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: They are also a horrendous dumpster fire
[11:09 AM PT] Ubit Umarov: osgrid is using it
[11:09 AM PT] Orbert.Tatham @hg.zetaworlds.com: And when they have trouble, so do everyone else
[11:09 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: ok. Well, it feels as if something like that is being done.
[11:10 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: yes dumpsterfire
[11:10 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: :)
[11:10 AM PT] Ubit Umarov: wel im not blocked from osgrid
[11:10 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: I think less of people that use them
[11:10 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: and when some governmetn want to filter something, they give Cloudflare a convenient call, and it is gone
[11:12 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: Half the time their stuff doesn't work which is the annoying part
[11:12 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: Case in point blocking poor Ubit from subjecting himself to the fs wiki :)
[11:13 AM PT] Lyr Lobo smiles
[11:13 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: Ubit is in a suspicious country
[11:13 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: Yeah it starts with Port
[11:13 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: not to mention Umarv, which sounds Russian!
[11:14 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: Umarov*
[11:14 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: lol
[11:15 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: :)
[11:16 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: Commit this week was just a minor typo fix, had some activity on mantis, but nothing grave
[11:16 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: I haven't check if anything new has happened this week because I'm still getting my machine back to where it was after doing a fresh install of the latest version Linux distro I have been using for a while.
[11:17 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: MS updated the dotnet6 SDK again, and also provided a repo for debian 12
[11:17 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: Someone put sugar in their coffee they finally woke up heh
[11:17 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: :)
[11:18 AM PT] Orbert.Tatham @hg.zetaworlds.com: I figured they would have to doing meth before they woke up
[11:18 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: In this latest version of Linux Mint I have lost the monodevelop program. It makes me think the only way I can continue doing any development work for OpenSim is to install the MS Visual Studio program for C#. :P
[11:19 AM PT] Orbert.Tatham @hg.zetaworlds.com: VSCode doesn't work for you?
[11:19 AM PT] Ubit Umarov: there is also vs code
[11:19 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: What is VSCode?
[11:20 AM PT] Ubit Umarov: a ide that looks a bi tliek vsstudio.. but jsut ide
[11:20 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: The dotnet guys are recommending Rider from JetBrains, if you wanna part with some cash I guess
[11:20 AM PT] Orbert.Tatham @hg.zetaworlds.com: Visual Studio Code - Micro$haft threw a bone to Linux people
[11:21 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: Hi Popstar
[11:21 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: ok. I thought VS meant Visual Studio. Isn't that the name of the Microsoft program?
[11:21 AM PT] Arielle Popstar: Hi Gavin
[11:21 AM PT] Lyr Lobo: Hello *smiles*
[11:21 AM PT] Arielle Popstar: Hi Lyr
[11:21 AM PT] Orbert.Tatham @hg.zetaworlds.com: It is, but they made a version of the IDE, compiled in Electron, that actually works and has a bunch of plugins
[11:21 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: Hello, Arielle
[11:21 AM PT] Lyr Lobo: Great to see you and Selby
[11:22 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: One is full on dev suite thing, other just the IDE, basically a bit better notepad with the integrations to the compilers
[11:22 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: vscode for C# is pain
[11:22 AM PT] Lyr Lobo: Heya Jamie
[11:22 AM PT] Lyr Lobo: Great to see you
[11:22 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: Hello, Jamie.
[11:23 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: Hi Jamie
[11:23 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: I can have a look at VS Code later. I was hoping there might still be something available that wasn't made by MS.
[11:23 AM PT] Jamie.Jordan @grid.kitely.com:8002: i all sory i'm late
[11:23 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: np, Jamie. I was quite late last week.:)
[11:23 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: You can still install monodevelop it likely still works
[11:23 AM PT] Lyr Lobo: You are good, Happy 4th of July
[11:23 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: You just have to find the repo
[11:24 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: Vincent, I will have to track it down. It is no longer in the stock Mint repo.
[11:24 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: I may get the source for it and try building it. monodevelop has a bug in it which results in it imposing a high CPU load even when mostly idle.
[11:25 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: The folks on the dotnet discord are somewhat active they might be of help
[11:27 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: ok. I lost two other mono related programs in the update. I'm part way through trying to build one of them. I got as far as completing the build of gstreamer-sharp but it doesn't have an install procedure so I haven't figured out the next step needed so I can use it with the program I'm trying to build.
[11:27 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: Hello, Joe.
[11:27 AM PT] Arielle Popstar: Hi Joe
[11:28 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: Hi Joe
[11:28 AM PT] Joe Magarac: Hello.
[11:28 AM PT] Joe Magarac: Major US holiday, but others are here.
[11:28 AM PT] Lyr Lobo: Heya Joe
[11:28 AM PT] Lyr Lobo: Happy 4th of July
[11:28 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: Oh, right. Happy July the 4th to those of you who are in the US.
[11:28 AM PT] Arielle Popstar: belated happy canada day for Andrew :)
[11:28 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: ty, Arielle.
[11:29 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: The thumping noises heard inside the house got the attention of cat #2.
[11:29 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: on Canada Day.
[11:29 AM PT] Arielle Popstar: fireworks?
[11:30 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: Yup. I heard some people in the area setting them off at 9pm when it was still light outside.
[11:30 AM PT] Joe Magarac: Did I miss anything important?
[11:30 AM PT] Lyr Lobo: Your cat would not be happy here. We've had fireworks off and on since Saturday, when we had 3 hours of them
[11:30 AM PT] Arielle Popstar: heard some mself but overall it was fairly quiet in comparison to other years
[11:31 AM PT] Lyr Lobo: I live near a stadium, plus the neighborhood is shooting them off
[11:31 AM PT] Orbert.Tatham @hg.zetaworlds.com: Joe, I don't think you missed much of anything
[11:31 AM PT] Joe Magarac: OK.
[11:31 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: only if you consider bashing Microsoft important
[11:32 AM PT] Joe Magarac: I'm on Linux. Even Sharpview for Windows is built on LInux and tested on Wine.
[11:32 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: No MS bashing. Just wondering about other products than ones made by MS.
[11:33 AM PT] Orbert.Tatham @hg.zetaworlds.com: I bash MS badly, but still use VSCode on Linux for my Rust development
[11:33 AM PT] Arielle Popstar: Is Ubit here?
[11:33 AM PT] Orbert.Tatham @hg.zetaworlds.com: A few bits of him are
[11:33 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: lol
[11:33 AM PT] Orbert.Tatham @hg.zetaworlds.com: At least on my monitor
[11:33 AM PT] Arielle Popstar: just an npc at the moment?
[11:34 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: Does that mean he ... bytes
[11:34 AM PT] Orbert.Tatham @hg.zetaworlds.com: Always has a few ... words
[11:34 AM PT] Arielle Popstar: not much in new commits this week?
[11:35 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: A typo
[11:35 AM PT] Arielle Popstar: nods
[11:35 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: Arielle: no, not much.
[11:35 AM PT] Arielle Popstar: exciting
[11:35 AM PT] Joe Magarac: I'm plugging away at glTF support in Sharpview. Ubit's test region seems to be sending the correct data. Better than SL, in fact.
[11:36 AM PT] Arielle Popstar: oh thats positive
[11:37 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: Gavin, you are here today which would mean that your viewer and OS Grid are on speaking terms again?
[11:37 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: I has been that for the last couple weeks
[11:37 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: We sorted it 1 hour before I had to go to the hospital for surgery
[11:37 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: Good. I hope it manages to stay that way.
[11:38 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: it had to do with some filtering OSG side
[11:38 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: I think we suspected it was something like that on the OSG end.
[11:38 AM PT] Orbert.Tatham @hg.zetaworlds.com: SUrgery worked out?
[11:39 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: it worked out, but I still have stitches in my jaw (bone), so back for control tomorrow morning.
[11:39 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: Glad you're back
[11:39 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: thx
[11:40 AM PT] Lyr Lobo: yes
[11:40 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: it is funny how they just turn out the lights on you and you have no idea what happened the next few hours :-)
[11:40 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: :)
[11:40 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: You did check if your kidney is still there, right?
[11:41 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: it is
[11:41 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: :-)
[11:41 AM PT] Lyr Lobo is reminded of the DocBot in Paranoia
[11:41 AM PT] Lyr Lobo: which never treats the correct medical condition
[11:42 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: To get this meeting back to Open Simulator related topics, Cuga has something.
[11:42 AM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: Go ahead, Cuga.
[11:42 AM PT] Lyr Lobo: great
[11:42 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: I wanted to ask the group abotu something I'm observing with llDetectedLinkNumber
[11:42 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: I'm getting some wacky results, was planning to open a bug report
[11:43 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: wanted to see if anyone knows about it
[11:43 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: So here's what Im pobserving:
[11:43 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: I have a car, a linkset, prewtty ordinary
[11:43 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: if it's parked, physics off, and I bump into it with my avatar
[11:43 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: llDetectedLinkNumber displays the correct prim number
[11:44 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: If I then turn physics on, and bump into it
[11:44 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: I get 2 collision_start events, when there should be only 1
[11:44 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: one event has the correct prim number, and the other is prim 1
[11:44 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: Then if I drive the car, and bump into something while moving
[11:45 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: it only send prim 1, BUT visually it's clear that the other prims are getting the collision
[11:45 AM PT] Joe Magarac: "but visually it's clear?"
[11:45 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: the bounding area that stoips the car's motion is clearly the other prim, not prim 1'so the physucs is being done correctly
[11:46 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: but llDetectedLinkNumber reports the wriong prim number, always reports 1
[11:46 AM PT] Joe Magarac: You are looking at collision start events, correct?
[11:46 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: then when I park the cap and walk into it, its the correct number again
[11:46 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: I tried it with both collision_start and collision
[11:47 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: One is going to be you and the other the ground collision, did you check all the event params? The 0 in that function is there for a reason, if you have multiple events you have to go through and check them
[11:47 AM PT] Joe Magarac: When an object is physical, if it's not falling, it's colliding iwth something.
[11:47 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: although collision_start is the one that should be used
[11:47 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: I was about to say ground collision
[11:47 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: no
[11:47 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: no collision reported until I bump into a pole
[11:47 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: even if the car is just sitting there as a physics object and you bump into it there is bound to be some ground collision too
[11:47 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: I have the script report every collision and Im not getting collisions on ground
[11:48 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: or ground friction
[11:48 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: well, it only send a collision_start event when I hit a pole
[11:48 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: otherwise never sends, which is what I want
[11:49 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: and the prim on the car that touches the pole and causes car to sdtop, is a differnt prim. Prim 1 is small and on the groundm nowhere near the collision point
[11:49 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: yeah, but what happense when you run in to something that is physical there is a force acting on you, and the oposite force working on the object, so both need to know about the collision
[11:49 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: the car stops moving as expected when the other prim hits a pole, and the root prim is not neat there
[11:50 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: if you bump hard enough into it, it would move unless the ground collision stops it
[11:50 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: Gavin in that case each linkset colliding will have their own collision event
[11:50 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: but thats not the issue
[11:50 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: I need to see the correct link number that's colliding andf thats broken
[11:51 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: The way that was described to me a long time ago when Bullet came along was that collisions while moving are only counted if there is a velocity change in the vector that you are moving and then it fires off a collision with everything it touches. That said the way events work is slightly different from spec as we only send them on changes in states, if for example you click and hold an object the touch event doesn't fire constantly, only if you move the mouse
[11:51 AM PT] Ubit Umarov: what phsycis engine?
[11:51 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: there are so many ways to trigger a collision event
[11:51 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: I'm using Bullet but might try it with ubODE
[11:51 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: why does it need to see the link number? Isn't the collision point rather crudely calculated and could be the root of the prim?
[11:52 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: so I wanted to see if this would be a Bullet issue or LSL issue
[11:52 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: I'm quite sure the child prim only is colliding. I can make an object to demonstrate this
[11:53 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: The LSL code works perfectly in SL, showing the child prim that collides. Ini OS/Bullet it is not
[11:53 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: so if you made an arm, you say you would collide a ball exatly with the hand?
[11:53 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: I am trying to determine which component in the source would be causing this
[11:53 AM PT] Joe Magarac: Ah. I just tried collisions on a physical object over in SL. There, you do get ground collisions from a physical object. But after about 20 events, the events stop, because the physics system notes that the object is not moving and stops doing physics until something new happens.
[11:54 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: What you see here is ubODE, may be different from Bullet
[11:54 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: but you are all missing the point
[11:54 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: I can prive that the collision point of the physical linkset is a child prim
[11:54 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: not the root prim
[11:55 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: there may be root prim collisions too, that's fine, but not what Im talking about
[11:55 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: I filter out all the root prim collisions and look for link numbers >1
[11:55 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: not getting them
[11:55 AM PT] Ubit Umarov: hard to say anything without testing the thing
[11:55 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: while driving car
[11:56 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: park car, walk into it with my avatar, llDetectedLinkNu,ber works fin again
[11:56 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: but even if you can detect the child prim it collides with, would not the collision be as if it was with a stiff body?
[11:56 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: yes Gavin but that doesnt matter
[11:56 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: I need the child prim number, period!
[11:56 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: that's all I care about
[11:56 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: fir my specific application
[11:57 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: and I am not getting it while car is driven
[11:57 AM PT] Ubit Umarov: as i said, can't say anythign without a test case
[11:57 AM PT] Ubit Umarov: please test ubode
[11:58 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: but you are wqearing the car, yeah?
[11:58 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: In SL, I drive into a pole, llDetectedLinkNumber tells me the child prim that collided
[11:58 AM PT] Joe Magarac: Wait, you're wearing the car?
[11:58 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: thats what llDetectedLinkNumber is supposed to do
[11:58 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: and collision_start
[11:58 AM PT] Joe Magarac: Attachments don't collide.
[11:58 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: in OS, if the same car is parked with physiucs off, llDetectedLinkNumber works correctly
[11:58 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: correct Joe, I am colliding with child prims on a car linkset
[11:59 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: but you are wearing the car, right Cuga?
[11:59 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: NO
[11:59 AM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: Physics are "attached" to the root prim likely if it cannot determine what exactly collided it just defaults to the bounding box which is the root prim
[11:59 AM PT] Ubit Umarov: note that llpasscollisions, if in use, is not as sl
[11:59 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: This is a land vehicle using typical land vehicle scripts
[11:59 AM PT] Joe Magarac: OK.
[11:59 AM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: yyou sit on the car to drive
[11:59 AM PT] Joe Magarac: Right.
[11:59 AM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: ok
[11:59 AM PT] Object: Script running
[12:00 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: it becomes physuical when you sit to drive
[12:00 PM PT] Joe Magarac: I have not tested vehicles much in OS so I can't help here. I do lots of vehicle stuff in SL.
[12:00 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: this is the most common was to have a land vehicle and is very common
[12:00 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: when you stand, physics is turned off
[12:00 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: but..
[12:00 PM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: but does it actually become an attachment when you sit to drive?
[12:01 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: If I make it physics and don't sit on it, and walk my avatar into it, I get different resukts when it is ohysical vs not ohysical
[12:01 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: Gavin no
[12:01 PM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: ok
[12:01 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: when you sit on anything it dies not become an attachment, evewr
[12:01 PM PT] Object: Script running
[12:01 PM PT] Object: get off me 2
[12:02 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: I searched Mantis for llDetectedLinkNumber and only found a couple
[12:02 PM PT] Object: get off me 1
[12:02 PM PT] Object: get off me 2
[12:02 PM PT] Object: get off me 2
[12:02 PM PT] Object: get off me 2
[12:02 PM PT] Object: get off me 1
[12:02 PM PT] Object: get off me 2

[12:02 PM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: Cuga, I used to think that an avatar sitting on a prim/linkset became an attachment to the prim/linkset.
[12:02 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: Ubit is doing the tests that I was doing

[12:03 PM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: I was under the same impression Andrew
[12:03 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: a seated avatar becomes a child prim, with a prim number. It is not the same thing as an attachment

[12:03 PM PT] Lyr Lobo: right, Cuga
[12:03 PM PT] Ubit Umarov: looks "fine"
[12:04 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: but in my case it's a larger car and the collisions that I care about are just ordinary child prims on the care
[12:04 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: car*
[12:04 PM PT] Ubit Umarov: that is the 2 above
[12:04 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: its possible may be Bullet specific
[12:04 PM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: Cuga, have you tried it with ubODE?
[12:05 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: I'll re-ckeck with ubODE and if its still a problem will bring a test car next week
[12:05 PM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: Try Ubode, if it is still the same hand a copy to Ubit see if he can figure it out. Just to note OS events do work slightly different in a few respects, that's by design.
[12:05 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: if the problem s Bullet only I'll talk to MrBlue
[12:05 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: and maybe open a ticket
[12:06 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: if still an issue on ubIDE I'll bring my demolition derby car nect week
[12:06 PM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: If it is Bullet specific you may still want to open a ticket for it unless Mr Blue is able to fix it right away.
[12:06 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: thats what I was thinking
[12:07 PM PT] Andrew Hellershanks nod
[12:07 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: thanks for letting me bounce that off you
[12:07 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: nothing more here unkess you want to see my demo berby car
[12:07 PM PT] Orbert.Tatham @hg.zetaworlds.com: Perhaps even literally
[12:08 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: lol
[12:08 PM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: He just wants an excuse to run us over next week
[12:09 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: youre not going to want to stop playing with it
[12:09 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: :)
[12:09 PM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: I'm bringing my tank just in case xD
[12:09 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: and we wouldnt get any work done lol
[12:09 PM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: Just don't ring a Bradley
[12:09 PM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: bring*

[12:10 PM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: I seen Pentagon Wars, I know better heh
[12:10 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: they explode after 20 crashes
[12:10 PM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: I think I've also seen that movie.
[12:10 PM PT] Lyr Lobo: mmm tank
[12:10 PM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: Perhaps not. I'm remember something about the M1 Abrams tank.
[12:11 PM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: Russia took out so many of them in a certain location, the place have gotten the nickname Bradley Square
[12:11 PM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: Before we realize it we are past the hour. Any other topics/comments/questions for today?
[12:11 PM PT] Ubit Umarov: can you open https://wiki.firestormviewer.org/ ?
[12:12 PM PT] Ubit Umarov: seems cloudflare banned me from it
[12:12 PM PT] Orbert.Tatham @hg.zetaworlds.com: Still fubar
[12:12 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: it opens with Mac Safari after like 6 seconds
[12:12 PM PT] Ubit Umarov: you are banned also?
[12:12 PM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: yes, but Cloudflare had to do its security song and dance first
[12:12 PM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: Safari too
[12:12 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: Cloudflare os likely having some problems
[12:12 PM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: The thing you are seeing with the cookies is your browser likely refusing entry into storage, Cloudflare has anti flood system that writes a ray id into browser storage
[12:13 PM PT] Ubit Umarov: well its the alliens early attack ofc
[12:13 PM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: hm... I got a big thing up on the screen about checking the site before it finally loaded the page.
[12:13 PM PT] Orbert.Tatham @hg.zetaworlds.com: Mine never loads it
[12:13 PM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: It's the new shiny thing a lot of sites started doing
[12:13 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: I got the same as Andrew
[12:13 PM PT] Ubit Umarov: i go fast into a You are banned
[12:13 PM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: Same here Andrew
[12:14 PM PT] Lyr Lobo: I can open it, Ubit
[12:14 PM PT] Ubit Umarov: Sorry, you have been blocked
You are unable to access firestormviewer.org
[12:14 PM PT] Ubit Umarov: blocked not banned
[12:14 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: clear cookies?
[12:14 PM PT] Ubit Umarov: ive none
[12:14 PM PT] Vincent.Sylvester @hg.zetaworlds.com: Your browser is refusing data entry and you kept trying to they hard blocked you now most likely
[12:14 PM PT] Ubit Umarov: in fact looking to source of that error it tells i have cookies disabled
[12:15 PM PT] Ubit Umarov: and i don't
[12:15 PM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: any ad blokcer running on your system?
[12:15 PM PT] Ubit Umarov: ofc i can't get their git.. also on same domain
[12:15 PM PT] Arielle Popstar: works for me adblocker and all
[12:16 PM PT] Arielle Popstar: try a different browser maybe?
[12:16 PM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: Ubit, You aren't blocking any cookies? I typically block third party ones and some sites wants to use third party cookies.
[12:16 PM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: what browser do you use Ubit?
[12:16 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: diff ad blockers work diff ways.. some might be allowing the "secure" trackers.. or something like that
[12:16 PM PT] Ubit Umarov: i changed nothing... uss
[12:16 PM PT] Ubit Umarov: uff
[12:17 PM PT] Arielle Popstar: maybe FS blocked you specifically? L(
[12:17 PM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: that would be rude
[12:17 PM PT] Cuga.Rajal @rajal.org:9000: your naughty IP address
[12:17 PM PT] Orbert.Tatham @hg.zetaworlds.com: I have my Firefox pretty well locked down, so one of my security plugins might be messing with it, but I usually don't have problems with Cloudflare at this stage once I enable their Javascript
[12:17 PM PT] Ubit Umarov: nahh is cloudflare
[12:18 PM PT] Arielle Popstar: did you get in a debate with Beq?
[12:18 PM PT] Orbert.Tatham @hg.zetaworlds.com: lol
[12:18 PM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: maybe cloudflare blocked your ISP for ddosing originating from it
[12:19 PM PT] Ubit Umarov: possible
[12:19 PM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: Last call for today...
[12:19 PM PT] Ubit Umarov: it tells nothing
[12:19 PM PT] Ubit Umarov: whatever
[12:19 PM PT] Gavin.Hird @grid.xmir.org:8002: have you tried pulling the power on your machine and turning it back on again??!
[12:20 PM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: hehe
[12:20 PM PT] Arielle Popstar: or modem router at least
[12:20 PM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: On that note I will call this meeting done and dusted.
[12:20 PM PT] Andrew Hellershanks: Thank you all for coming. See you again next week.
