Could we have regions starting from position 0, 0 instead of 1, 1, (e.g. 0_0_Arizona)? I think this would make more sense when loading the parts of a moar.
Is this compatible with a future situation where regions can be of different size (e.g. one of 256x256 and one of 128x128)?
