I am a developer of 3Di.

This document is my proposal of How to introduce OpenID into OpenSim.

Since Virtual World is suppose to be one of the posibilities of the "NextStep", I think, Virtual World should "absorb" most of the advantages of existing technology.

So, further than OpenID,

• user asset portability
• my imagination of the future shape of Virtual World

are also included.
