Purpose: Minor cleanup
This page looks like an older duplicate of the page Startup script linux. It contains only two links and both are 404s. A search on sourceforge didn't turn up any evidence that the project still exists there, so not possible to update the URLs. Also, this is an orphaned page with no links leading here.
OpenSimulator Init Scripts
There is now a forge project for Linux Service Scripts for OpenSim that contains init scripts for running OpenSimulator.
