There is something of a duplication of effort here. The doc for server console commands is also elsewhere in the wiki - that info should be linked here, or removed and replaced by a link to this if it's more complete (at a glance it seems better prepared).
May be a duplicated effort in part but it is an easy reference point for general folks to find tools to start, run and maintain and is highly used. Written because after 3 years of IRC support it was needed. Consider ease of access prior to actual deletion.
