Hi, I'm a tech-geek that enjoys coding and playing (in that order) MMO's.
I'm formally an active player of Ryzom (http://www.ryzom.com) and a vivid evangelist of Ryzom.org and of FOSS.
In professional life I'm a real-time and embedded specialist for the medical devices industry since 12 years. In total I've been around messing with computer software and hardware for about 25 years.
My main language of choice is 'C' but I also speak C++, Yacc & Lex and the usual script languages.
I try to avoid the IT side of computer science (like web technology e.t.a.). Not that I mind it, but one has to prioritise.I have been known to mess around in SQL databases though.
