+ | We're a long way past v0.7.6 now so this refernce should be dropped and the [[V2 Groups]] page should probably be merged over here to simplify instructions. There also is an incorrect assumption on the V2 Groups page that the tables will automatically be created in the database when groups is enabled, even though the maing configuration instructions suggest that groups should be setup AFTER opensim.sh has been run once. So instructions or a script should be included for creating the database tables for V2 from scratch as they likely will not be created automatically. | ||

All's nice when it works out of the box :) I was lucky to get it working under 0.7.0.1 and 0.7.0.2... until I switched my backend to xoopensim, which supposedly handles everything under a single module for Xoops. Well, now I cannot get any authentication — I'm assuming something seriously broke down when migrating the group tables to xoopensim. But since the communication protocol is sadly not documented, it's very, very hard to see what is happening.

[edit] Page should be merged and rewritten.
We're a long way past v0.7.6 now so this refernce should be dropped and the V2 Groups page should probably be merged over here to simplify instructions.
