With respect to 0.8.2.0, this release contains only a minor fix and some mono dll upgrades. For all major changes since 0.8.1, see 0.8.2.0_Release.

- Minor fix in teleport versioning, to make it more future-proof
- All mono addin dlls were replaced with newer ones. The ones packaged in 0.8.2.0 showed some problems.
