[Opensim-users] Changing regions external ip address

You shouldn't have to bring down any grid services. When I move a region to
a different server, I just change the external hostname and make sure the
port is open. If you need to do more than that you may have some other
unresolved networking issues on the new server, such as a closed or
misconfigured firewall port, or you're external hostname/IP is not what you
think it may be due to some strange VPS networking implementation.

You could also have some problems in case your grid services are not
accessible from the new server for some reason, like behind a firewall.
