[Opensim-users] falling through the cracks (triple whammy)

Hi CJ.  Today I fixed the megaregion teleport issue in git master 01636ca.

Unfortunately, I don't know when this broke.  What happens is that the server auto-reteleports the client after a delay 
(currently 10 seconds) so you're still going to be stuck on the corner for a little while but after the auto-reteleport 
it should be okay.

This was the previous behaviour before it broke.  It's not obvious to me (or others) currently why the delay is needed - 
it's possible to shorten it but then you risk running into whatever race condition may make it fail to occur.
