I believe there is a problem with teleporting into megaregions atm for any region except the root, at least when you're
coming in from a different simulator.
It's meant to do a double teleport (due to restrictions of the native SL protocol) but isn't (other people report
straight out viewer crash, I think).
I'm pretty sure this used to work so I will probably try and make time tomorrow to take a look.
But I do have to say that in general, megaregions are very interesting but do suffer various problems due to a
combination, I think, of the viewer not expecting to work that way and various bugs in OpenSimulator.
