[Opensim-users] falling through the cracks (triple whammy)

Will this also solve the problem for non-megaregions? Either way, this
is great to hear it's been fixed.

Still can't find answers to the other two questions, if there are ways
to set these without poking into the C# itself - something I'd rather
avoid if at all possible! Of course it's quite possible I'm just
looking in the wrong places, and/or using the wrong keywords...
