[Opensim-users] FreeBSD OS 0.7.3 - OpenJpeg and libopenjpeg-dotnet errors

I updated the following wiki sections:

	Includes the procedure and links to the patches on the related Mantis.
	(I am unsure if it is the good way to share the patches, but I don't know other way since they can't be included as is in release code…)
