[Opensim-users] osNpcLoadAppearance not updating attachments with 0.7.3 release

The mantis is

I verified and got the same issue
	- on a standalone 0.7.3
	- on a sim 0.7.3 connected to robust 0.7.3

So I can confirm it's not related to the mix of version in my initial setup

Personally, this is a blocking factor before upgrading my whole installation to 0.7.3…
