[Opensim-users] osNpcLoadAppearance not updating attachments with 0.7.3 release

Fixed in 0.7.3-post-fixes and master.  It's unfortunate that this made it into the release.  I might do a 0.7.3.1 when 
some time has gone by but please don't count on this.
