I think 20 concurent users on a 0.69 opensim and 35 frames/sec is pretty
decent.

On a rencent 0.7 version you should be able to handel more than 150 and get
a framerate above 40.

An other think wich can infuence te max number of users is the bandwith from
the server to the clients. You will need a max of 200 kbs pro user. When
your framerate drops after 20 users it can be the bandwith is full, and this
causes lag.
