[Opensim-users] SnoopyPfeffer - MOD Paypal how to compile...

question for  Snoopy Pfeffer (or someone knows how to do it)  how to compile
open-simulator with "mod Paypal"  add-on.

I have copied all to to the correct folder, but with creating solution file,
"prebuild.xml" can't be read...
(for implementing source code in to binaries) 

I'm only want to test it, i'm not using it for real yet...
