Ditto. I noticed this as well. At least, my personal "opinion" at
witnessing this action with spheres was "the texture must not be rolling
along with the sphere." I actually thought it was a stationary texture
issue, but of course, I know nothing about the physics engine. So FWIW as
well, I too noticed this characteristic...
