[Opensim-dev] Configuration problems, regionload_webserver_url

Hey Thanks for the help, KNowing that was close to the write solution was a
big help and maybe, this will be able to be found when someone else need
the information by googling it :)

My orignal problem was more complex then just getting the format correct,
 but I resolve that and now  Now we up with 50 sims running smooth.
