[Opensim-dev] Variable size region progress

You clone the OpenSimulator git repo and 'cd' into that directory. Then you
do:
# setup branch in local repo that tracks the branch in the remote repo
git branch --track varregion origin/varregion
# checkout the tracked branch into the working set
git checkout varregion
When you want to get back to the regular master branch, do a:
git checkout master
