[Opensim-dev] Crash Bug in latest 0.7.1 dev

If I had to guess, I'd say that there's junk in your bin folder.

I suggest saving your databases, your region folder and customized
files for configuration and clearing your bin folder of plugins and
assemblies before copying the new files.
