[Opensim-dev] Megaregion tiles on the map and the prim count in megaregions.

The trouble seems to be when you have more than one "megaregion" or the
software tries to add a disjoint piece to the main meagregion!

For example:

       x


cd
ab

The other case that seems to give indigestion is two megaregions:

cd
ab


gh
ef

Naturally I want to add BOTH cases to my sim LOL
