[Opensim-dev] Controlling bots on server side

Would be nice to have a serverside bot yes. For this city simulation project 
i'm working on, i would need a bot that can be controlled through a mobile 
phone. Having a bot that can be steered through a webapi may make that 
somewhat easier. Could a regionmodule be used for this maybe?
