Okay, I have added this requirement to the wiki page, since it wasn't actually stated on there.

I would still not be happy if graphics that required attribution for OpenSimulator related usage were perceived as 
'official' project graphics.  Therefore, I have created a separate 'Community contributed graphics' section.

If we need to change this further then perhaps it's best discussed on the discussion tab of that wiki page.
