what would be good is to have "gold master" setups for the most common
configs just so we can separate config bugs from  program bugs
just as a reference the current diva is
Which version of OpenSim?
Database engine is (Mysql)?
number of  configured regions is?
Hyper grid is (enabled)?
remote/public access (*enabled)?
regions are (blank/setup)?
