[Opensim-dev] Release version/svn from which the (RO)BUST config mechanism applies?

What SVN  number is the one from which the switch fro UGAIM 
configuration to UG(R)M is needed. [Note 0.6.6 stable version with 
post-fixes is SVN 9993] I appreciate we can make AI servers from the 
R one for old style config.  But if we are doing this fresh, we may 
as well get it on track for "new mode".

We plan voice as well. That's probably weekends for the next month gone eh ;-)
