[Opensim-dev] Update LibOMV

Okay, I got it working now, but I really want some core developers to
look at the patches and make sure I haven't broken anything (don't want
to the next "Oh, I can erase this line and screw up OpenSSL random
number generator" guy).

I'ld like to call in attention for one thing. The HttpServer lite branch
is not working the way the regular branch is (using ReceivedRequest
event to process all requests), so I'm doing this the old way, adding a
new handler with HttpListener.AddHandler. I talked to John Hurliman
about this and he said he'll be fixing it soon, so I don't know if we
should wait for the new version or just settle with how things are
working now. I left the new way to handle requests commented on the
patch. 
John, any updates on that?
