[Opensim-dev] Region Owner Not Set

I was using svn 7942, but I also tried again this evening with 
tonight's nighlt binary build svn 7954 and they both have the fault 
Justin. I have reported it on Mantis.

It happens even if you just start Opensim with no regions, and 
manually give a new master avatar name... it fails to create that 
avatar in the data base, sets the new region owner_uuid to null.  I 
manually had to create the user, delete the initially region, restart 
and repeat the creation of the initial default.xml region with the 
(now existing) avatar.  So something is definitely wrong here.

Until recently with my SQLite/Standalone versions any avatars started 
in region XML files were created at first Opensim startup.

I had moved to a MySQL/Grid mode setup, but I am not sure that is the issue.
