Ursula, this may seem simple and it may not help, but I can attest that it has unexpectedly improved my inworld responsiveness with the latest builds on OSGrid. I got the tip from someone in IRC. I just changed my client's "network bandwidth" in PREFERENCES / NETWORK to 120 KB. My inworld experience with prim loading, physics responsiveness and border crossing immediately improved.
