I just changed my "Network Bandwidth" from 1000 to 200 ... And, it's a  
bit better ... :) Thanks for that.

But, I haven't touch this parameter for a long time :(

Another thing that's strange, is if I run 4x4 Standalone sim,  
sometimes, I simply lost 4 regions on the edge of the sim :S

I'm always testing OpenSim with 4x4 Regions ( in Grid and Standalone  
mode ) and I never experienced such problems.

I think I'll wait a while, because many many changes are on the way  
right now.
