Hi,
it's no "Melanie deal". Vytek selected this library and provided it.
I was merely supplying the framework (went in via separate patch)
and advice to him.
The library is from a SourceForge project, Vytek has the URL. It is
BSD licesed.
I have no connection with it, I just supplied a region module
framework for him to fill in as he wants.
