Well, shall I remove it for now? This is apparently a Melanie deal where she says she is mentoring Vytek and wanted this binary in right away.
I waited all weekend and then added it based on comments.
I agree with you sdague, its just that we seem to have this whole hurry up deal with Melanie going on right now.

Um, same question as before:
1. What is the origin (url to source) for this binary
2. What is the license of this binary
3. Why wasn't the following put into ThirdPartyLicenses?
We need to be really careful of bin/ growing massively with stuff that
we don't have a good pedigree for.
