[Opensim-dev] sqlite3 UUID formats in build 3077

I'm with CharlieO on this one. It may not impact you guys as programmers a
whole lot, but for those of us operating regions/grids having this number
change format is a nightmare. Please, settle on some method of dealling with
this and run with it.
