[Opensim-dev] sqlite3 UUID formats in build 3077

If speed was not a factor in the change, due to the chaos such a change, 
then change back, then yet change again.......

Couldn't we just put something in that will read both types?
Check for uuid with AND without the dashes, at least until there is a 
consensus on how this should be handled?

Tho I could just be blowing a smoke into the wind here as I have no idea
as to why such changes are being made in the first place.
Just makes it hard for everyone else in the short term.
