[Opensim-dev] libpurple

If ppl think this is a good idea, I just want it be noted that this would probably play very well with my suggestion that we move towards having an self-contained OpenSim.Framework.Model project that has all the core classes and interfaces, so that that actually is everything you ever have to include to build a region or app module.
