Sean,
is there any use for the OpenSim.Data.Base framework in core any longer?
the only thing that depended on it was the avatar appearance persistance - has this been implemented in the other providers?
If so, I propose we remove the OpenSim.Data.Base framework and the mapper projects.
If not, I propose we implement it so we can remove blah blah et c
