[Opensim-dev] cleaning out the pre-Migration upgrade paths in the data stores

We're past rev 6000, so I'm going through all the data providers that I
had put migration support in back in the 4800s and removing the
pre-Migration support.

What this means to you?  pretty much nothing other than dead code being
removed.  If you attempt an svn upgrade from pre 4800 -> post 6000 in a
single update, your data may not smoothly upgrade.  If you jump to any
intermediate point first, then life is fine.  There are probably 2
people in the world that will hit this issue.  I'm hoping that them
finding this email will point them in the right direction.

The net effect should be less confusion in what is going on in the data
drivers for initial setup, and reducing lines of dead code.
