is there any use for the OpenSim.Data.Base framework in core any longer?

the only thing that depended on it was the avatar appearance persistance - has this been implemented in the other providers?

If so, I propose we remove the OpenSim.Data.Base framework and the mapper projects.

If not, I propose we implement it so we can remove blah blah et c
