[Opensim-users] avatar(s) intermittently trapped below ground

if you read the comments in the ini file then you see that that option 
is only for prims.

     ;# {DisableUndergroundMovement} {} {Disable underground movement of 
prims} {true false} true
     ;; Disable underground movement of prims (default true); set to
     ;; false to allow script controlled underground positioning of
     ;; prims
     ; DisableUndergroundMovement = true

SO, im not suprissed its failing for avatar :O
