[Opensim-users] Please tell me about update opensim to 0.7.5 grid version

The upgrading instructions are at [1].  I just gave them a quick rewrite in an effort to be clearer.

In essence, you need to update your config files - the strong recommendation is that you do this by copying over 
settings rather than the whole OpenSim.ini/Regions.ini/config-include/*.ini files.  OpenSimulator itself will take care 
of updating the database schemas, though we strongly recommend that you always backup your database before performing 
any upgrade.
