[Opensim-users] login issue to a local VM-based opensim server

hi guys.
Problems logging in to a local VM-based opensim (virtualbox) with hostonly
networking.
Is anybody willing to help?
followed install instructions from this web site
http://xmodulo.com/2013/02/how-to-install-opensim-on-ubuntu.html
at login fail I got this message: "Login failed. Error generating login
response".
What can I do?

Regions.ini has a valid externalIP = 192.168.56.101
on the Imprudence viewer tried logging in Home/Last place/Land name..
Nothing works unfortunately!
opensim console has lots of messages
