I was checking that you hadn't changed the file since the default should be fine.

Have you tried running libomv's own TestClient against an OpenSimulator or even Linden Lab instance?  This would use 
much the same code and would either confirm it's an issue with running pCampbot or some more general issue running 
libomv code.
