Hi Fleep,

Thank you for detailing your findings to date.  Also, 30 regions sounds
grand!

Note:  I agree with you -- "builds + textures + scripts" quickly impacts
the lag on OS regions.  Still, for anyone on the list that does not know
about the OS's preference for phantom builds, I learned a trick from Chris
and Robin at the Reaction Grid.  More specifically, since the OS engine
operates much better when as little as possible is "physical," I only keep
floors of buildings physical and the rest of my builds (read:  anything I
can) phantom.
