[Opensim-users] Changing timer settings in opensim

You dont need to tell me, there's some opensim parameter to lower the
timer speed, but not tried it myself.
Because the slow timer you need to start hack around the slowness. it
seems i can do it with the "Not_AT_Target"
to get the required speed. (i dont use target points) , only once at
state_entry.
Am not happy with this setup and idea, ut it seems to work very smooth
and stable for me with enough speed.
