opensim parameter to lower the timer speed, but not tried it
myself.<br>
Because the slow timer you need to start hack around the
slowness. it seems i can do it with the "Not_AT_Target"<br>
to get the required speed. (i dont use target points) , only once
at state_entry.<br>

Am not happy with this setup and idea, ut it seems to work very
smooth and stable for me with enough speed.<br>
