[Opensim-users] Displaying time at the top of the viewer

Do you know who provides the time displayed on top of the viewer (7:35 PxT)?
Is it the viewer side or server side?

If the server is concerned, where can I find the instructions to change or,
but I searched and found nothing, the parameter to change?

I'm sure other Opensim users would like something different than the hours
from San Francisco to provide for their own grid.
