The DLL can potentially do absolutely anything that the runtime can do (delete files, post your data off to Timbucktoo, 
etc.).

That's why this setting is extremely dangerous and should only ever be tried on a completely closed grid.

However, I'm guessing it won't make any difference when crossing between regions on the same simulator, since the 
compiled script DLL will already be cached on the filesystem.
