Must admit, not sure why you would be seeing that.  It would be interesting to know if there is anything relevant in the 
client log.

If you want to check the client log, you might have to stop the client complaining it can't operate voice every second 
(this is the case on SL 1.23.5 but I don't know about other viewers).  You can do this by enabling the [VivoxVoice] 
module (copy it down from OpenSimDefaults.ini).  Even though you have no Vivox, this will at least stop the client 
complaining.  Enabling FreeswitchVoice might have the same effect.

Need to create a dummy voice module that just satisfies the capabilities but doesn't actually do anything, in order to 
stop the constant client log spam.
